MKGenetix does not conduct testing directly, and you will receive a separate bill from the testing laboratory.

MKGenetix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from or relate to the use of our services.

10. Payment and Insurance

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. MKGenetix does not bill insurance providers directly, and users are responsible for handling insurance claims.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

MKGenetix reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
