MKGenetix does not conduct testing directly, and you will receive a separate bill from the testing laboratory.

10. Payment and Insurance
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. MKGenetix does not bill insurance providers directly, and users are responsible for handling insurance claims.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
