Course Overview

There are 19 modules included that will discuss various aspects of the genetic counseling application process.

1) Background on genetic counseling, common careers, etc.

2) Components of the application – academic work and letters of reference/recommendation

3) Writing your personal statement and resume including rubrics that programs may utilize

4) The interview including possible questions, etiquette, and possible rubrics that programs may utilize

5) The match process including tips on setting your rank list.
